The project aimed to create a modern, functional cultural center adapted to the needs of the community in Maruntei, Colonesti Commune, Olt County. The building is intended for cultural, educational, and social activities, providing an appropriate setting for events, meetings, and local artistic performances.

The construction has a height regime of ground floor plus one floor (GF+1F) and a total built area of 417 square meters. The interior layout was designed to ensure functionality and accessibility:

·        A 130 sqm event hall equipped for performances, screenings, and public events

·        A 70 sqm reading room intended for educational and recreational activities

·        Administrative and technical spaces

·        Sanitary facilities compliant with accessibility requirements

·        Well-organized, efficient, and ergonomic interior routes that facilitate quick and comfortable access between functional areas

The building is equipped with:

·        Modern systems for sound, stage lighting, and projection

·        State-of-the-art systems for air conditioning, heating, fire detection, and ventilation

·        Durable finishes, selected to combine aesthetic appeal with long-term resilience

The result is a contemporary space, built to high-quality standards, supporting the development of cultural life and the cohesion of the local community.
